Gym History:
Kiatsongrit Boxing Camp was established 30 years ago. With Mr. Songrit Tansap being the initiator who created many talented boxers and brought the art of Muay Thai to spread far abroad such as the United States, Japan, and the Philippines, his work is well known all over the world. Chang Phueak Kiatsongrit won the K-1 championship. First Thai people, later Mr. Kiatpirun Tansap (son) Ben Kiatsongrit continues the spirit of his father. Create a new rising star and be accepted by fans all over the country. Received the Best Boxing Camp Award for 2022. The gym is currently home to between 15-20 stadium level Thai fighters, eating and sleeping at the gym. Among them are former Raja, Jitmuangnon, Songchai, IBF, S1 champions, 9 of which have fought on One Championship, which Songchanoi winning a contract.
Classes and Programs
The fighter program occurs twice daily, encompassing warm-up and cool-down routines alongside instruction in punching, kicking, and clinching techniques. The morning session typically maintains a lighter pace, though intensity may vary. Geared towards both beginners and pro fighters.
Morning Training: (7.00-8.30)

Fighters usually run at 6.30, and get to the gym at 7.30 to start, (usually run 10k but not everyone is expected to do that)
