Fightlore will accept the return and refund of items that are in unused condition, unaltered, and free of damages caused by the customer.

You must return the items in their original packaging within 14 days from the receipt of the original order. 

You can return your product for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method. 

Any customs charges due are to be paid by the customer.

Note: Customers are responsible for any shipping fees when returning their item(s).

You can return products purchased on our website if there was an error on our part or if the products are defective. In this case, we will cover the return shipping fee.

However, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, you may exchange the item for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability). In this case or for normal return the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees or related charges.
