Fairtex SP7 "Twister" shin guards use a fully detachable, adjustable in-step protector with no stitching between shin and foot, so there is no pressure on the toes. A swivel mechanism allows up to 180 degrees of adjustment, and hook-and-loop straps let you reposition the guard to match your leg length.
